How to buy

The procedure for purchasing goods in our online store is very simple and consists of several steps.

1. Checkout

Choosing a product on the website, you can compare it or add to your favourites. After selecting the product, click " Add to Cart " - adding the product to your cart. Afterwards, when you have finished selecting items, click "Go to basket". In the "Basket " page is a full  list of all selected products. In the " Number " log it is possible to change the number of goods to buy. If you have a valid promotional code, you can also use it here.

2. Order formation and confirmation

After indicating the necessary information about the delivery of the goods (name of the recipient, shipping address, contact details, delivery option, payment method, etc.) to finish the ordering you need to click the button " Checkout ". Copy of the order will be sent to the e-mail specified when completing the order.

Attention! Incorrect phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may result in additional delay! Please be sure to check your personal data during registration and ordering. Your order will be delivered in accordance with our shipping policies, which can be found here. If it is impossible to receive an order within the allotted time, please contact the manager and indicate a convenient time for you.

Note: For regular customers, there is a Registration function on the store's website. In “Personal Account” you can find the contents of the basket, the history of your orders, as well as repeat or cancel an order, and subscribe to our news.

3. Payment and prices

The prices indicated on the website are final and do not require additional payments under standard delivery conditions. All the taxes are included in the price of the item.

Attention! For each order there is only one payment method possible which you are choosing by yourself. Payment for the order partly in any way is not possible.

Possible payment methods:

● Payment by payment system Paysera.

Payment is made electronically, through the Paysera online extension , where various payment methods are presented, including credit cards . After entering data about the cardholder, card number, date of its validity and CVV-code, the order amount will be immediately debited from the account.

● Payment by bank transfer.

You can transfer the required amount to the specified bank account of our store . Bank transfer can be made to the bank account indicated on the prepayment invoice. When paying the invoice, indicate the order number in the explanation. Payment without a specified number may delay the delivery of the order. If you have registered, a bill for pre-payment can be found in your account under " Order History ". After the money will arrive at the company's account, the order will be sent to the specified address. Payment usually takes up to 3 business days.
